Fees
-
As we offer a stepped approach to neuropsychological assessment, fees for services vary depending on what kinds of services you need at each step. This may include your neuropsychologist speaking with you and other supports, reviewing records, testing, and writing reports. Therefore, services are priced at an hourly rate, and below the Australian Psychological Society’s Schedule of Recommended Fees.
$230/hr for clients from organisations (e.g., government, legal)
$200/hr for clients who are paying privately
$222/hr for NDIS clients, per the 2024-25 NDIS rates for psychologists.
For medicolegal assessments, please contact us with your referral question for a schedule of fees.

If you choose to have a consultation and this leads to an assessment, you will only be charged for 1 hour for the consultation. If you exit the service after your consultation, you will be charged for the time taken to complete the consult, records review, and a brief report - this may take a few hours of work or more, depending on complexity.
-
Assessments may all take between 8-16 hours, depending on complexity. This applies to assessments for diagnosis, cognitive profiling or evidence for disability supports. These assessments include clinical interviews with you and other people, testing, obtaining and reviewing records, a formal report and a summary report if suitable.
-
You will only be charged for one hour for the feedback session in all cases. Feedback is optional, and available for you and other key support people. This may occur in person or via phone or teleconference, either after your consultation or assessment.

Additional fees may apply for travel beyond metropolitan Melbourne. Your neuropsychologist will discuss this with you if relevant.
